How to become Plan Managed

How to include plan management in your NDIS plan

You can elect to have plan management included in your NDIS Plan at any time.

It is simple and easy.

Initial NDIS Plan Meeting

During your initial NDIS Plan meeting you may be asked how you would like your funds in your plan to be managed. At this point you can advise that you wish your funds to be plan managed.

Plan Review Meeting

Whilst conducting your plan review you can advise your Local Area Coordinator (LAC) or planner that you wish to have a plan manager for your next plan.

During your current NDIS plan

You can elect to have your funds managed by a plan manager at any point during your NDIS Plan. In order for this to occur you will need to contact your LAC and make the request.
